I’m a licensed mental health therapist practicing in Maryland. I’ve had a special focus in perinatal mental health from the start of my career and have expanded in recent years to include all stages of reproductive mental health. I am a co-founder of Therapists in Action, an organization dedicated to community building, education, and advocacy within the mental health field.
