I am a relational and liberation-based psychotherapist. I blend modalities such as psychodynamics, somatic work, mindfulness, and narrative therapy. My areas of focus include trauma, relationships, neurodivergence, life transitions, grief, polyamory/non-monogamy, kink/BDSM, and other alternative lifestyles.

My approach is rooted through anti-oppressive, anti-racist, and social justice lenses. We live within various systems and institutions that impact how we navigate our lives in relation to each other. The trauma we experience can make us feel so disconnected and dissociated while also craving connection and grounding.

Through understanding our intersectional identities, we can start to process and unpack the ways we struggle to show up for ourselves and each other. Our identities impact the way we move through the world and understand each other.

For me, therapy is a process and a relationship. I believe in healing through authentic and genuine connection, a process that takes time and deep, gentle care.
