I'm proud to be a pro-choice therapist. I believe that when individuals are given factual information about their bodies and sexual wellness, and are able to make decisions that are free from violence, discrimination or coercion, then they are able to exist as their most healthy and authentic selves. I believe each client is the expert on themselves, so I aim to support them in their decisions while still offering questions and challenges to clarify their thoughts and help ensure they're making choices that are aligned with their values and best interests.
