With over ten years of experience working with survivors of sexual trauma, I bring a deep understanding of how these experiences can shape a person’s sense of safety, worth, and identity. I specialize in supporting clients who carry invisible wounds—often rooted in early relationships, attachment ruptures, or cultural and systemic oppression—and guide them in reclaiming their voice and agency. My approach integrates EMDR, parts work (such as Internal Family Systems), mindfulness-based practices, and narrative exploration to help clients make sense of their inner worlds and the stories they’ve been told about themselves. I offer a compassionate, nonjudgmental space where clients can move toward self-leadership, emotional resilience, and a life aligned with their values.
