I am a counselor specializing in trans-affirming and neurodivergent-affirming care. I offer therapy for individual adolescents and adults, families, and couples/relationships in Maryland. I am skilled at helping clients find and address the root of their mental distress, often resulting from trauma (whether that is an adverse event they experienced as a child or adult, or the trauma of living in an oppressive society). I have a background as an abortion doula, sex educator, and advocate for survivors of domestic violence. My therapeutic style is genuine, encouraging, and educational.
