Pregnancy is a physical and psychological experience that is deeply personal. Being pro-choice means supporting the right for each individual to make their own decisions. I trust the individuals I work with to make thoughtful, wise decisions about their bodies, lives, and futures. I have a professional ethical obligation to uphold the right to autonomy and self-determination for those I serve. I am explicitly pro-abortion because abortion is health care, it saves lives, and it should be easily accessible to all.
