I believe in accessing our whole selves, and utilizing somatic practices. I educate clients on health and how it plays a key role in their mental well being. I encourage routine setting, boundaries, and life adjustments. I can also assist in adjusting to a new job, career, or being in college. I specialize in adoptees/adoption issues, anxiety, depression, narcissistic family member recovery/going no contact, and typical life stressors.
